Systems Support Engineer – DevOps

You will support several applications, including the surrounding Microsoft infrastructure and network environment.

A day in the life:

  • Daily health checks across applications, systems and platforms
  • Resolution or re-assignment of incidents
  • Troubleshoot technical application, message routing and infrastructure incident issues
  • Escalation to relevant business units, management of vendors
  • Being an integrated and dynamic member of the wider IT teams
  • Working with key vendors on the delivery and support as required

Your background:

  • Ideally more then three years experience within a large scale technology environment
  • Experience working at level two / three server support level
  • A generalist skill set covering a wide range of predominately Microsoft server technologies
  • Good mid-range knowledge (messaging knowledge will be favourably looked upon)
  • An easy going, positive and flexible attitude to work
  • Great people and team work skills
