They’re looking for a full-time Systems Administrator / Desktop Support Technician to work as part of a team responsible for providing real-time help-desk support to their broad and diverse clientele.
-strong background in LAN infra, virtualization, MS server & client technologies, email platforms, mobile device mgmt, cloud-based solns, & LOB app support
-BS in Comp Sci or a degree in a STEM or equivalent training/exp.
-min. 3 yrs exp. in IT, or equivalent combo of education/exp.
-Certs: Cisco/SonicWall, MS(MCDST, MCTS, MCP, MCSE), VMware, Apple; Citrix
-strong cust service ethic
-excellent analytical, verbal & written comm skills
-ability to prioritize & quickly troubleshoot & resolve problems using a wide variety of tools
-ability to adapt quickly to new technologies & changing business requirements
-able & willing to collaborte a part of a team in various roles
-respond to emergency situations effectively, maintaining poise & focus
-willingness to work after hours on project-related work & pre-scheduled on-call support
